1.生产流程 Production process：
①采用单层面膜布卷材，通过自动滚切刀膜结构，切割成型（脸型可按需定制）
②切割完成后，再利用先进的视觉识别检测技术，系统自动检测面膜布上是否存在脏污、破损等瑕疵。一旦检测
到不合格品，系统将立即启动自动剔除机制，确保只有成品面膜布进入下一道工序
③经过质量检测的面膜布，随后进入自动折叠环节。按照预设的折叠方式（如图1所示），精准地完成折叠动作
④折叠好的面膜片经过点数环节，确保每批次数量为7片（若后续有变更需求，请提前通知以便调整），随后，再
自动码垛整齐
⑤完成码垛的面膜布被自动夹取，并送入袋中（如图2所示），之后跟随爬坡流水线整齐输出（如图3所示）

② After cutting, the system will automatically detect whether there are dirt, damage and other defects on the facial mask sheet
by using advanced visual recognition detection technology. once nonconforming products are detected,
the system will immediately start the automatic rejection mechanism to ensure that only the finished facial mask sheet enters
the next process
③After quality inspection, the mask will enter the automatic folding part. Accurately complete the folding action according to
the preset (as shown in Figure 1)
④ After counting the folded facial mask pieces, ensure that the quantity of each is 7 pieces (if any changes, please notify in
advance for adjustment), and then automatically stack them neatly
⑤The facial mask cloth that has been stacked is automatically picked up and sent into the bag(as shown in Figure 2), and
then output orderly following the climbing assembly line (as shown in Figure 3)
