Cell Meter PE-Annexin V细胞凋亡检测试剂盒是美国AAT Bioquest生产的用于检测细胞凋亡的试剂盒，膜联蛋白V可以与包括PE的荧光染料结合。该染料保留了其对磷脂酰丝氨酸（PS）的高亲和力，因此可用作流式细胞术分析正在经历细胞凋亡的细胞的敏感探针。由于PS的外化发生在细胞凋亡的早期阶段，PE膜联蛋白V染色可以比基于核变化（例如DNA片段化）的测定更早地鉴定细胞凋亡。
数据分析
在活的非凋亡细胞中，RPE-膜联蛋白V检测非诱导细胞中的先天性细胞凋亡，其通常为所有细胞的2-6％。 在凋亡细胞中，RPE-膜联蛋白V与磷脂酰丝氨酸结合，磷脂酰丝氨酸位于细胞膜的外叶上，因此导致染色强度增加。
