A5.1所有CBS应根据认证机构的RWS许可要求，最初由TE Y授权进行RWS认证活动Y。RWS的许可分为农场范围和供应链范围两种能力；
CBS可申请一个或两个
A5.2 CBS应满足TE认证和认证程序的所有要求。
适用于纺织品交换标准，从而适用于ISO 17065。
A5.3 如果当地法规和RWS要求有冲突，认证机构应联系TE，以找到最可行的解决方案。当对本标准的解释有疑问时，第一个接触点应为认证机构，如果需要进一步澄清，认证机构将与纺织品交易所联系。
