【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricshers,hairclippersandsimilarappliancesintendedforhouseholdandsimilarpurposes,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.NOTE101amplesofsimilarappliancesarethoseusedformanicureandpedicure.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholduse,butwhichneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshopsandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.NOTE102amplesofsuchappliancesareanimalclippers,animalshearersandappliancesforhairdressers.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount-persons(includingchildren)whose~physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or~lackofperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;-childrenplayingwiththeappliance.NOTE103Attentionisdrawntothefactthat-forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;-inmanycouiesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbynationalhealthau
